I am looking to create a resource for teachers regarding professional organizations and helpful links for each subject area. Below is the link I have created for this purpose.

You can create new labels, but check first to see if one already created describes your contents. Use as many labels as fit your content, separating each with a comma.
Labels help blog readers look for content on a specific content, so if you're just looking for what folks have said about "Academic Vocabulary," for example, you can click on that word under the "Labels" link and all the posts on this topic come up together.
For more details about posting comments and creating new posts, see Blog Basics.
